“Most of all, I’m writing to encourage you to pray with gratitude to God. Pray for all men with all forms of prayers and requests as you intercede with intense passion. And pray for every political leader and representative, so that we would be able to live tranquil, undisturbed lives, as we worship the awe-inspiring God with pure hearts. It is pleasing to our Savior-God to pray for them. He longs for everyone to embrace his life and return to the full knowledge of the truth. For God is one, and there is one Mediator between God and the sons of men—the true man, Jesus, the Anointed One.”
I know there are a lot of prayer warriors who listen to the show and who pray for our elected representatives and leaders in government. Thank You for doing that. Please keep it up. If our representatives and government officials know the Lord and submit to Him, we will be able to live tranquil & undisturbed lives. The Lord desires that we pray for them to come to know Jesus, for their benefit -- but also for ours. Let’s be praying for these leaders in addition to all of our work to right the system by demanding truth, transparency and accountability. I’m convinced that prayer will be the difference maker for us.
