Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth who leads us into all truth. I was encouraged by this passage this morning to not be so fixated on all that is happening in the natural realm that I can’t leave room for what the Lord is doing through it all. Yes, we need to live in reality. But we also need to live by the Spirit. If we can do both well, the Lord will be imparting to us the wisdom to know how to fight, when to speak and what to do. When we live fully in our human understanding, we wear ourselves out, because we are not seeing the Lord at work. Let me encourage us all to position ourselves for maximum effectiveness by seeking the Lord for His wisdom in all that we do. Ask Jesus to help you see with His perceptions. Because leaning on our own understanding leads to miscalculations, mistakes, and burnout. But tapping into our connection with the mind of Christ and the Spirit of Truth leads us to every victory.
