“Have I really become your enemy because I tell you the truth? Can’t you see what these false teachers are doing? They want to win you over so you will side with them. They want you divided from me so you will follow only them. Would you call that integrity?”
This scripture is Paul coming back to the Galatians after having been gone from them for some time. And what he found when he returned is what I think we are experiencing in all aspects of our society - a disdain for truth. Any place where there is truth, the enemy has infiltrated in order to bring lies that divide and draw us away from the truth. We know that our Lord Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. So let us be ones who continue to pursue truth, to prize truth and who back up and support the people who are courageously standing for truth.
